We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Pharmacy Technician to join a fast-paced, team-focused pharmacy environment. In this role, you will support pharmacists in delivering accurate and efficient medication services while ensuring a positive experience for patients and providers.

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately
• Input prescription information and maintain patient records in pharmacy systems
• Process prescription orders, refills, and prior authorizations
• Perform medication packaging and labeling, including compounding (if applicable)
• Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and tracking medications
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, safety protocols, and HIPAA standards
• Provide customer service by assisting patients, answering questions, and resolving issues
• Support fulfillment processes in a high-volume environment

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of pharmacy operations and workflows
• Data entry and computer system proficiency
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service and patient interaction skills
• Understanding of basic medical and pharmaceutical terminology

• High school diploma or GED required
• Active Pharmacy Technician license in Oklahoma (required)
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred
• Previous experience in retail, hospital, or long-term care pharmacy preferred
• Experience with compounding or fulfillment processes is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Fast-paced pharmacy setting (retail, hospital, or central fill depending on site)
• High-volume workload with frequent multitasking
• Team-oriented environment supporting pharmacists and clinical staff
• Standing for extended periods and handling medications

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
