Sales Associate

TheaterWorksUSA is looking for a salesperson with strong communication skills to build trust with clients, drive sales and promote the TheaterWorksUSA brand nationally.
Key Responsibilities Include:
-Developing relationships with both new and existing clients. This includes attending conferences throughout the year to meet industry professionals, attending events and workshops.
-Working with Sales Team to develop tour routes that maximize the success of each tour in accordance with AEA contract agreements and continue to expand the TheaterWorksUSA brand and achieve sales targets.
-Updating client accounts. This includes gathering pertinent information on presenters, the venues they represent and the colleagues they work with, and accurately inputting data.
-Work with Sales and Marketing team to create campaigns to introduce new shows and advertise tour options, including email and social media campaigns and marketing materials for conferences and industry events.
The Following additional skills are a plus:
-Knowledge of the theater industry and markets in North America and a basic understanding of theater production.
-Familiarity with Salesforce, Patron Manager and other CRM platforms.
-Non-profit experience.
Some weekend/evening events and occasional travel are required. The salary for this position is $52,000 per year.
