Manufacturing Quality Engineer - GageTrak/TipQA

Job Title: Manufacturing Quality Engineer GageTrak/TipQA
Location: El Cajon, CA 92020 (Onsite- 5 days a week)
Hire Type: Fulltime and long-term contract
Position Summary:
- The Quality Engineers / Manufacturing Engineers main role will be to roll out a new calibration tracking system for our calibration lab ( GageTrak )
- Phase out current calibration tracking system ( TipQA )
- Integrate GageTrak into site broadcasting system ( MeVisio )
- Looks for measures to automate calibration management administrative tasks
- Work with the production floor to identify gaps in instrument needs
Key skills, experiences, traits
- Experience in calibration management system overall
- Someone with a strong systems or workflow mindset
- Experience in metrology
