Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A long-term care closed-door mail order pharmacy is seeking licensed Pharmacy Technicians to provide exceptional support in both fulfillment and sterile compounding settings. This contract opportunity has a strong potential for conversion to permanent placement for candidates demonstrating commitment and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare, package, and dispense medications according to prescriptions and pharmacy protocols
• Assist in sterile compounding, including IV preparation, if experienced
• Maintain inventory and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations
• Support day and afternoon shifts, ensuring smooth pharmacy operations from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM
• Work rotating weekends to meet operational demands

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current Pharmacy Technician license required
• Experience with sterile compounding and IV preparation preferred but not mandatory
• Willingness to commit to a long-term assignment is essential
• Ability to work both day and afternoon shifts including rotating weekends
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team

• Day and afternoon shifts available
• Operating hours: 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM
• Rotating weekends required

This role offers competitive pay, ranging from $22-$23 per hour for newer graduates up to $26 for experienced technicians with IV compounding skills. Phone or in-person interviews are available for qualified applicants.
