Job Description The Warranty Specialist is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping warranty and fulfillment orders originating from Web, Customer Service, Retail Stores, and Brightstar. This role ensures timely and accurate order fulfillment, resolves shipping discrepancies, supports fraud prevention efforts, and maintains a safe, secure, and organized work environment in compliance with company policies. Responsibilities What You Will Do Accurately pick, fill, and process warranty and fulfillment orders in accordance with company policies Package phones, accessories, and related materials securely and accurately for shipment Ensure proper shipping materials and supplies are available and on hand Coordinate physical shipment of warranty handsets and fulfillment orders through approved third‑party carriers Resolve shipping discrepancies in a timely manner Partner with Revenue Assurance on orders that appear suspicious or fall outside standard service areas to mitigate potential fraud Cross‑train on inventory management functions, including weekly and monthly inventory counts Cross‑train in related functional areas including inventory, phone testing, and Quality Assurance Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workstation and inventory area at all times Follow all safety, security, and compliance standards Perform additional duties as assigned This position provides a strong foundation in fulfillment, logistics, and inventory operations, with opportunities to expand skills across multiple functional areas.
