Job Description The Talent Acquisition Representative is responsible for high‑volume recruitment in the Plant Production area. The role focuses on managing requisitions, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a positive hiring experience for internal stakeholders. Core Job Duties / Responsibilities Open and manage requisitions and key information in the Dayforce ATS. Post job openings on Dayforce. Source new talent leads using ATS, Indeed, and other job postings. Act as a subject‑matter expert on the ATS and provide guidance to users. Review applications and maintain required databases. Liaise with HRSS Talent Acquisition Leadership, requisition delivery, candidate and pipeline management to ensure alignment. Collaborate with teammates to deliver exceptional hiring manager and candidate experiences. Support functions as needed (e.g., posting positions, extending offers, managing applicant tracking requirements). Maintain accurate and timely documents related to the recruiting process. Utilize available tools to enhance production management and hiring throughout the requisition lifecycle. Knowledge / Skill Requirements Minimum three (3) years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Representative or similar role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook. Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Dayforce preferred) and resume databases. Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume or complex environment. Self‑directed problem‑solver with a desire to contribute to the organization’s reputation and success. Exceptional, consistent customer service to internal and external customers. Responsiveness, sense of urgency, and strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and follow through on work initiatives. Ability to handle difficult conversations with tact and sensitivity. Discretion with confidential information. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Work Requirements Must be 18 years old or older. Must pass pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check. Willingness to work independently within a team environment and assist with other duties as needed.
