As a Back of the House Team Member you will prepare quality food in a clean, fast-paced environment

What you'll do:

• Prepare ingredients and menu items using recipes and portion standards
• Read orders and prepare food accurately and efficiently
• Keep food preparation areas, equipment, and workstations clean and stocked
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Work with the team to keep kitchen service running smoothly

What we're looking for:

• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen
• Able to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Restaurant experience is helpful, but training is provided

This position is with a franchised McAlister's Deli location operated by Southern Rock Restaurants.
