As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and rehabilitating patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders. You will develop personalized care plans and utilize evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions. Your expertise will help patients progress, and you will adjust treatments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and healthcare team members
• Document all required information in the electronic documentation system
• Participate in required meetings and trainings
• Supervise and support CFY or Student Speech-Language Pathologists
• Adhere to ASHA and State Required practice acts and ethics
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• Active ASHA and Texas State Licensure required
• CCC certification required
