We are seeking a Senior Associate Wealth Advisor with a strong foundation in financial planning. Someone who thrives in a collaborative team environment and is looking for a long-term career path.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement

• Serve as a lead or supporting advisor in client meetings.

• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients.
\n
• Listen carefully to client goals, concerns, and priorities and translate those conversations into actionable plans and follow-ups.
\n
• Manage ongoing client communication and financial planning deliverables.
\n
• Deliver a consistently thoughtful, responsive, and high-touch client experience .
\n

Financial Planning & Analysis

\n
• Build and maintain comprehensive client files.
\n
• Create and update core planning deliverables such as cash flow projections, beneficiary reviews, tax analyses, investment plans, etc.
\n
• Partner with other advisors to develop and refine advanced planning strategies.
\n
• Approach financial planning holistically, always considering what is in the client's best interest.
\n

Investment Strategy

• Prepare and present Investment Policy Statements (IPS).
\n
• Monitor client portfolios and prepare trades for approval as needed.
\n
• Analyze existing investment portfolios and provide recommendations for new investment accounts.
\n

Cross-Team Collaboration

\n
• Work closely with client attorneys, accountants, and our operations team to ensure timely and accurate implementation of recommendations.
\n
• Participate in internal committees and planning meetings.
\n
• Provide backup support for incoming client calls and customer service issues to ensure a seamless client experience.
\n

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required
\n
• CFP® designation
\n
• 3–5 years of experience working in financial services; client advisory or paraplanner experience preferred
\n
• Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-management skills
\n
• Exceptional client-service mindset and genuine interest in helping people
\n

• Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute positively to a team environment

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $95,000–$115,000

• Performance-based incentive bonus tied to firm and individual goals
