Your schedule during training may differ from your standard clinic schedule.Depending on the position and associated requirements, there may be additional mandatory training requirements that are outside of your scheduled shift.Clinic Location:Woodstock: 4415 SE Woodstock Blvd, Portland, OR 97206Sellwood: 6910 SE Milwaukie Ave, Portland, OR 97202Hawthorne: 3060 SE Hawthorne Blvd, Portland, OR 97214East Burnside: 2400 E Burnside St, Portland, OR 97214Essential Functions:Provide a rewarding mix of care including preventive care, illness and injury diagnostic, wellness exams and procedures.Practice in state-of-the-art neighborhood clinics with a well-organized practice model.Provide evidence-based medical care.Practice confidently with on-demand access to a Physician.Qualifications:Physician Assistant: Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies with certification by the NCCPA OR Family Nurse Practitioner: Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse PractitionerMust have at least 1-2 years of experience post-graduation working in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care.Experience seeing patients of all ages.Eligible to participate in the Medicare program.Must be able to demonstrate 2000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer.Working Conditions:Standing for long periods of timeFit tested for an N-95 mask, must be clean shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator.Must wear a mask as needed.Clinical timelines and work volume / deadlines may require more than your scheduled hours per week or work outside of regular business hours to complete essential duties of this job.Ability and willingness to move to a different clinic location based on business needs.ZoomCare is committed to the safety and wellbeing of our employees and patients.
