Oversee account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records. Review asset valuations and support the preparation of financial reporting. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial and investor reporting. Manage complex distribution and allocation calculations in accordance with governing agreements. Oversee fund- and entity-level expense allocations, accruals, and amortization. Coordinate annual audits and respond to requests from external auditors, investors, and other stakeholders. Direct all aspects of fund accounting operations while identifying opportunities to improve processes and scalability. Establish, monitor, and report on key performance metrics to measure operational effectiveness and support strategic objectives. Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve workflows, internal controls, and technology utilization. Build and maintain relationships with external service providers, auditors, administrators, custodians, and other business partners.
