About the job Warehouse Associate

Are you a high-energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced, "all-hands-on-deck" environment? We are looking for a disciplined Warehouse Associate (Forklift experience is a major plus!) to join our high-performance logistics team. If you have the grit to outwork the competition and the technical precision to manage inventory like a pro, we want to talk to you.

Apply Today! Take the next step in a career that rewards your hard work and attention to detail.

What's In It For You?

• The Transition: Move into a professional, structured environment where your reliability and "team-first" attitude are actually celebrated.
• Career Track: We don't just offer a job; we offer a path. Gain access to certifications and internal promotions that move you up the ladder.
• Elite Culture: Work in a high-performance "locker room" atmosphere alongside other former athletes and driven professionals.
• Stability & Growth: Enjoy a consistent schedule with a team that values long-term retention and personal development.

Responsibilities Include:

• Inbound/Outbound Logistics: Load and unload trailers with speed and accuracy, ensuring every "play" is executed perfectly.
• Inventory Precision: Conduct cycle counts and bin audits to maintain 100% database integrity within our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment, prioritizing high-stakes deadlines and luxury-level quality control.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts (reach, pallet jack, or sit-down) to move heavy pallets and optimize vertical storage space.
• Safety Stewardship: Maintain a "clean jersey" workspace by adhering to strict OSHA standards and keeping the facility floor "game-ready" at all times.

Skills & Qualifications

• Forklift Proficiency (Preferred): Experience operating powered industrial trucks. A valid certification is a "plus," but a willingness to master the equipment is a must.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stay on your feet for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs consistently-think of it as a daily workout with a paycheck.
• Attention to Detail: You catch the small errors others miss. You treat a packing slip like a playbook-every line item matters.
• Competitive Drive: You aren't satisfied with "good enough." You want to beat yesterday's KPIs and help the team win.
• Reliability: You are the teammate who shows up early, stays focused, and never leaves a task unfinished.
• Communication: Strong verbal skills to coordinate with drivers, supervisors, and teammates in a high-noise, high-speed environment.
• Technical Literacy: Comfortable using RF scanners, iPads, or desktop computers to log data and track shipments.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Pay: Compensation is determined by candidate experience, education, certifications, and specific job-related skills. $19.50-$20/hr

Comprehensive Benefits: Includes premium health insurance (medical, dental, vision) and eligibility for an incentive recognition bonus program. Access to training and development to expand your professional certifications.
