Responsibilities:

• Greet residents, families, and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner, providing exceptional customer service and supporting their needs and inquiries

• Manage and direct phone calls, emails, and mail in a timely and efficient manner

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases

• Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling appointments and meetings

• Assist with special events and programming, including planning and coordinating logistics

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure a positive and supportive community environment

• Perform other administrative tasks and duties as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 0-2 years of experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative support
