Responsibilities

• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers
• Submit warranty claims to insurance companies for payment
• Work with Service Advisors and Service Managers to provide correct information to customers in a polite professional manner
• Create cash receipts and help with the daily deposit and balance the drawer
• Help keep boutique items prices and nicely arranged
• Suggest items to order to Parts Manager to keep boutique nicely stocked
• Answer phones and direct consumer to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner as needed as a backup receptionist
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently
• Scan and file all service records

Qualifications:

• Computer experience and or prior dealership experience is preferred but not required
• Available to work flexible hours on some Saturdays
• Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel
• Professional personal appearance
• Clean driving record
