Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Licensed Therapist role located in Sewell, NJ. The therapist will provide individual outpatient therapy for clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and related mental health concerns, using evidence-based approaches. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, developing treatment plans, maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation, and coordinating care with other providers when appropriate. The therapist will engage in regular sessions with in‑person clients and may provide telehealth services as needed, following all ethical and regulatory guidelines. The role also involves participating in case consultation, staying current with best practices, and contributing to a professional and supportive environment for clients and colleagues. Qualifications Active licensure in New Jersey as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent independent clinical license, in good standing. Demonstrated experience providing outpatient therapy for anxiety, depression, and related mood or stress disorders. Strong skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and use of evidence‑based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT‑informed, mindfulness‑based approaches). Proficiency in maintaining clear, timely electronic health records and adhering to HIPAA and other regulatory standards. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and boundary‑setting skills with diverse clients and multidisciplinary teams. Ability to work independently in an outpatient setting while being open to supervision, consultation, and feedback. Comfort with or willingness to learn telehealth platforms and related technology to provide remote services when needed. Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related mental health field. Experience with trauma‑informed care, crisis intervention, or risk assessment is preferred.
