Requirements
Certifications, Licenses, and RegistrationsWe are looking for a candidate who meets the following qualifications:
- Education: Successfully completed, or currently completing, an accredited residency program preferred.
- Board Status: Must be board certified or board eligible in Endocrinology.
- Licensure: Active Oregon Physician's license (or willingness to obtain one if offered a position) preferred.
- Credentialing: Valid state-level Controlled Substance licensure and Federal DEA registration, as applicable to your specialty, preferred.
- Life Support: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- Experience using EPIC EMR is a plus.
