Workplace Coordinator

Danaher's Abcam seeks a Workplace Coordinator to manage daily operations at the Waltham headquarters. The role handles reception, facilities requests, vendor coordination, and administrative support to maintain an efficient, welcoming workplace.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary reception contact for Waltham headquarters, supporting daily operations and on-site events
• Create and track service tickets, coordinate vendor visits, and ensure efficient issue resolution
• Manage vendor scheduling, onboarding, documentation, and record-keeping for facilities compliance

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience in administrative, reception, workplace, or facilities support
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple requests
• Proficiency with email, calendars, spreadsheets, and ticketing systems
• Comfort in on-site, customer-facing environment
• Ability to lift 10-15 lbs routinely and occasionally up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods as work requires

Compensation: $23-$25 per hour, plus bonus/incentive pay eligibility
