Maintenance Superintendent

CalPortland is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent to lead maintenance operations at our mining and materials facilities. In this role, you will plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for mining, crushing, and processing equipment, ensuring high reliability and minimal downtime. You will supervise maintenance teams, manage contractors, and drive safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborating closely with operations, you’ll manage budgets, optimize asset performance, and support sustainable, innovative projects in a safety-focused, growth-oriented culture.
