Associate Media Director
$55 - $70 per hour24 Seven Talent
We are seeking an experienced Associate Media Director to support a pharmaceutical client This is an immediate contract opportunity for a strategic media professional who can step into a high-impact role.
The ideal candidate brings pharmaceutical media experience, a consumer-focused media background, and the ability to collaborate with the HCP side of the business.
Location: New York City - hybrid, onsite three days per week
Rate: $55-70/hr (DOE)
Contract: Minimum three months, with potential to convert to a full-time role
What You'll Do
• Apply cross-brand insights to strengthen campaign strategy and performance.
• Work across channels, with particular attention to television given the account's significant TV investment.
• Coordinate closely with consumer and HCP account teams to ensure integrated media recommendations.
• Operate as a senior individual contributor while providing guidance, direction, and appropriate delegation to junior team members.
• Take on broad responsibilities in a collaborative, fast-paced agency environment.
What We're Looking For • Required pharmaceutical media experience.
• Strong consumer DTC and omnichannel experience
• Proven cross-channel planning experience.
• Television experience good to have.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing needs, and contribute at a strategic level.
• Comfort mentoring junior staff without direct people-management responsibility.
• Experience working in an agency environment; candidates who thrive in smaller, fast-paced organizations are encouraged to apply.
