Travel ICU Registered Nurse - $1,757 per week

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU for a 13‑week contract in Gainesville, Florida. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments on all patients within 8 hours of admission. Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team. Document all assessments, interventions, and responses timely and accurately. Engage in the patient rehabilitation program and focus on patient and family education. Initiate discharge planning upon admission and provide necessary patient teaching. Maintain clear communication regarding patient status changes to ensure continuity of care. Provide direction and training to ancillary nursing personnel. Promote safety and actively participate in unit team‑building activities. Assume charge responsibilities as requested and participate in ongoing professional development. Qualifications Active RN license. BLS certification required prior to first shift. ACLS certification required prior to first shift (at specific locations). Minimum of two (2) years of bedside clinical experience, preferably with one year of ICU experience. Schedule & Duration Day shift schedule: 3×12 hour shifts, every other weekend required. Full-time: 36 hours per week. Contract duration: 13 weeks. Compensation Pay based on 12‑hour shifts, 36.0 hours per week; tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
