Weekend Caregiver

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Caregivers to provide exceptional in-home support to our clients. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while helping individuals maintain their independence, dignity, and comfort. If you have a heart for caregiving and a desire to positively impact the lives of others, we'd love to hear from you.$19–$21 per hour, depending on experience and qualificationsHealth benefitsPaid time offRetirement plan optionsOngoing training and professional development opportunitiesSupportive team environmentProvide assistance with personal care and daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, and mobility support.Support clients in following their care plans and maintaining healthy routines.Perform light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, and other household tasks as needed.Accompany clients to appointments and assist with community engagement and social activities.Observe and report changes in clients' physical, emotional, or cognitive well-being.Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team.Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client.Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a genuine desire to help others.Ability to work independently while following established care plans and agency policies.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to pass a criminal background check.Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.Almost Family – Eugene is committed to creating an inclusive workplace and providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants.
