For more information, please visit Signiosbio.com About the role The Executive Account Manager (EAM) - Multiomics, will be responsible for account management activities and revenue maintenance for a specific region. The EAM will be a key member of the core sales team to help maintain and grow sales of existing account. This role will work closely with the Business Development Manager and Project manager of the region. The position provides the right candidate with an exciting opportunity to drive significant impact across the Company. This position will be remote. Base $90-120k Key responsibilities of the role will include Drive revenue growth by expanding and deepening relationships within existing customer accounts Execute account growth strategies aligned with company service offerings Build trusted, long‑term partnerships with key stakeholders across assigned accounts Identify customer needs and uncover opportunities to introduce additional services and solutions Lead cross‑sell and upsell initiatives to maximize account value and client lifetime revenue Maintain a strong understanding of client objectives to proactively recommend tailored solutions Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high‑quality, customized support that strengthens client satisfaction Ensure high levels of customer retention through consistent engagement and value delivery Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts across biotech, biopharma, and academic segments Leverage client relationships to generate referrals and organic growth opportunities Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and touchpoints to reinforce relationships Track and manage account activity, pipeline, and performance using CRM tools Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms Analyze account data to identify growth opportunities, trends, and areas to enhance customer success About you We are looking for an exceptional colleague: one who is a collaborative and a strong commitment to advancing healthcare. With a customer service first approach, you will grow existing relationships across pharma, biotech, and academic research in the genomics and pre‑clinical research space. You are comfortable representing Signios Bio externally in a variety of settings. You thrive in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environments and take a data‑driven, structured approach to sales. You enjoy building long‑term customer relationships, delivering value to clients, and achieving revenue targets. You are motivated by impact and excited to work closely with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to help grow the business. Qualifications and experience Bachelors of Science in Life Sciences, Biology, Molecular Biology or Genomics related field required. 3+ years of sales or account management experience within the life sciences sector Required 1+ years of sales or account management experience within the NGS Services sector Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets Experience selling into pharma, biotech, and/or academic research organizations Ability to quickly generate pipeline and drive near‑term revenue Hands‑on experience using Salesforce (SFDC) and HubSpot CRMs for outreach, pipeline and lead management Personal traits and characteristics: Strong understanding of NGS services, industry trends, and the competitive landscape Ability to develop and maintain deep knowledge of customer needs, market dynamics, and service offerings Established network within academic and/or biopharma R&D communities preferred Customer‑centric mindset with a focus on building long‑term relationships and driving retention Proven ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities alongside expanding existing accounts Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Strong communication, active listening, and problem‑solving capabilities Analytical and data‑driven approach to managing pipeline, forecasting, and performance Self‑motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take initiative Collaborative team player who thrives in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments Adaptable and resilient, with a positive attitude toward evolving priorities and challenges Willingness to travel and collaborate with globally distributed teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
