Entry Level Tax Analyst

Overview This position will be responsible for Indirect Tax Compliance. Job Responsibilities Tangible Personal Property Tax Compliance File Returns Assessment Review File Protests Review Tax Bills Prepare Check Requests Invoice Customers Reconcile State Balances to G/L Monthly Journal Entries Audit Defense, Customer Inquiries, and Special Projects Selection Criteria Bachelor's degree, Accounting / Finance major is preferred Strong analytical skills Problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines Strong attention to detail/accuracy Strong organizational and follow-up skills Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) Self-motivated and independent Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, V Lookup) Willingness to learn and apply AI tools to enhance efficiency #J-18808-Ljbffr TALENT Software Services
