Must be able to operate man lift. Must have valid driver's license to drive company vehicles. Must provide their own tools (see tool list below).Education And/Or ExperienceHigh school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship; five to ten years minimum manufacturing maintenance experience.Language SkillsAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.Mathematical SkillsAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.Reasoning AbilityAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Computer SkillsHMI experience preferred; Microsoft Word and Excel;UniformsAtlas will cover the costs of uniforms (shirts and pants) required for this position.Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsAn Associate's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance a plus. Licensed to work with high voltage electrics.Other Skills, Qualifications And AbilitiesFastener equipment experience a plus. Ability to: operate cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts; Fabricate and repair tables, benches, partitions, and other structures; perform mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines; Prepare requisitions for items to be purchased or repaired; Must be able to pass a driver's exam to operate a forklift. Must have valid driver's license to drive company vehicles. Must pass a physical exam.
