Finance Specialist - Flex Financial (Remote)

Work Flexibility: Remote*While this is a remote role, the preferred candidate will reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zone to support business needs.Join Stryker’s Flex Financial team as a Finance Specialist, serving as the primary contact for equipment financing opportunities. In this role, you will support a Regional Finance Manager, manage financing transactions from proposal through contract completion, and collaborate with sales teams across multiple business units. This position combines financial analysis, transaction management, and cross-functional partnership to support regional business objectives.What You Will DoDevelop pricing and financing structures for complex customer proposals across more than 15 financing program offerings.Manage financing opportunities and progress deals from origination through completion.Create and deliver approximately 130 customer financing proposals per month using Salesforce and internal systems.Review, process, and maintain documentation for approximately 30 completed financing transactions per month.Partner with a Regional Finance Manager to execute regional business plans and support territory objectives.Coordinate transaction data, documentation, and approvals across sales representatives, finance leaders, and internal operations teams.Educate sales teams on equipment financing and leasing options through training, consultation, and ongoing deal support.Build and maintain relationships with sales representatives and business partners across all Stryker business units within an assigned region.What You Will NeedRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree.Minimum 2 years of experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting sales and commercial teams.
