Shift & Schedule: Variable Days | 8-Hour Shifts
Pay Rate: $45 - $52/hr
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Speech Therapist for an exciting Contract opportunity in West Palm Beach, FL.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve communication, cognitive function, and swallowing abilities.
Document therapy services, patient progress, and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans and home exercise strategies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support optimal patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Active Speech-Language Pathologist License required.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Preferred Qualifications
CCC-SLP preferred.
Long-Term Care experience preferred.
