Senior Actuary

Senior ActuaryWe are seeking a Senior Actuarial Leader to provide strategic actuarial guidance and serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders. This role will lead complex actuarial analyses supporting reserving, forecasting, financial planning, risk evaluation, and strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Lead commercial lines reserving, forecasting, and actuarial analyses.Evaluate new business, acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.Monitor emerging risks, industry trends, and market developments.Partner with Underwriting, Legal, Reinsurance, Accounting, and executive leadership.Develop and enhance actuarial models, methodologies, assumptions, and reporting.Present complex actuarial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.Drive process improvement, automation, and analytical innovation.Lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor actuarial professionals.Qualifications:8+ years of progressive actuarial experience with strong commercial lines reserving expertise.ACAS required; FCAS preferred.Strong knowledge of reserving, insurance analytics, financial reporting, and actuarial methodologies.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Experience with SQL, Python, Excel, or similar analytical tools.Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical analysis into actionable business recommendations.Demonstrated experience mentoring talent and leading complex projects.Ability to travel up to 15% as needed.About Us: Founded in 2009, IntelliPro is a global leader in talent acquisition and HR solutions.
