Work Dates Needed : 6+ shifts ongoing Preferred Schedule : 7a-7p;7p-7a Worksite Setting : 1 Hospital, 2 FSED, 24 900 annual volume Scope of Work : Emergency Medicine Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : BC , ABEM OR ABFM OR ABIM (or osteopathic counterparts), Texas License, DEA (with TX Address), ACLS, ATLS & PALS. CME past 2 years, case logs past 2 years, copies of all education & training diplomas, SS Card, Driver's license, color photo emailed to MSO, TB/FLU.
