Location: Fairless Hills, PA (On-Site) Compensation $40.00 per hour Immediate Start Local Candidates Preferred – No Per Diem Employment Type: Full-Time | W-2 Position Overview SAVI EHS is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator to support a trade partner performing server rack installation on an active data center construction project in Fairless Hills, PA. This is a hands‑on field safety role working alongside project leadership to ensure OSHA compliance, conduct safety observations, and promote a strong safety culture in a mission‑critical construction environment. The ideal candidate is available to start immediately and has experience supporting commercial, electrical, or data center construction projects. Key Responsibilities Provide daily onsite EHS support for server rack installation activities. Conduct daily jobsite inspections, safety observations, and compliance audits. Review and support Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs) and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs). Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and new employee orientations as needed. Assist with incident investigations, near misses, and corrective action implementation. Monitor compliance with OSHA regulations, client safety requirements, and company policies. Partner with project management and field supervision to proactively identify and mitigate hazards. Maintain safety documentation, training records, and inspection reports. Support safe material handling, MEWP operations, and electrical installation activities. Minimum Qualifications Minimum 3 years of construction safety experience. OSHA 30 Construction Certification (Required). Strong knowledge of OSHA 1926 Construction Standards. Experience conducting field inspections, audits, and safety documentation.
