The Sales Associate position involves providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities include assisting customers with their purchases, restocking merchandise, and ensuring accurate pricing and product displays. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Meet company customer service standards. \n
- \n
- Follow company cash control policies and procedures. \n
- \n
- Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of any government regulated products and services. \n
- \n
- Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards. \n
- \n
- Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers. \n
- \n
- Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards. \n
- \n
- Follow the company’s general rules of conduct and code of ethics. \n
- \n
- Other duties as assigned. \n

QUALIFICATIONS

- Get first-hand customer information and use it for improvements in products and services \n
- \n
- Customer service experience desired \n
- \n
- Ability to perform multiple tasks at one time \n

- Read, understand, and speak English at an eighth-grade level \n
- \n
- Comprehend and perform basic math skills \n
- \n
- Understand, comprehend, and perform basic computer and point-of-sale skills

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

- High School diploma or GED is required \n
- \n
- Prior retail experience is preferred. \n
