Breeze Airways is seeking a talented Manager of Total Rewards. This exciting opportunity with a fun and rapidly growing airline will report to the Director of Total Rewards. The Total Rewards Manager will be responsible for the strategic design, development, and implementation of an attractive and comprehensive total rewards program. This strategic leader will manage company benefits, wellness plans and compensation plans.# **Here’s what you’ll do****Benefit Administration*** Plan, manage and lead all activities relating to administration and maintenance of team member benefits programs including retirement plans, group health, life, disability, and voluntary programs.* Develop, implement, and administer programs in a manner that ensures cost effectiveness, marketplace competitiveness, and internal equity.* Partner with respective investment committees, and insurance consultants and brokers to ensure company compliance with Federal, State, and other regulatory agencies to limit company exposure to liability associated with fiduciary responsibilities.* Remain up to date on benefit and employment law changes and trends. Proactively offer input on actions needed to remain compliant with U.S. employment laws, governmental agencies, or fiduciary requirements as they pertain to U.S. team members and benefit plans.* Design reports that monitor total rewards costs, provide senior leaders with data necessary to understand trends and budget impacts **Compensation Administration*** Oversee compensation programs that address annual salary increase and bonus processes; analyze external wage and salary data to facilitate the development of a fair and competitive compensation package.* Facilitation of required government reporting, non-discrimination testing and required communications.* Facilitation of required annual 401k plan audit.* Provides counsel and support to the Executive Leadership Team and other Senior Leaders in the various areas of noted responsibility, making presentations as required to all levels of the organization.* Responsible for benchmarking benefits and payroll practices to gain efficiencies and potential cost savings through integrated activities.* Strategic and consistent assessment of the competitiveness of our compensation program through market analysis.* Achieve performance measures and adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Aviation Group Values of **Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence**# # **Here’s what you need to be successful****Minimum Qualifications*** 4-year degree in related field and 5+ years’ experience of People (HR) Management experience that includes in-depth knowledge of Team Member (employee) benefit plan design and administration, funding, legal compliance, and compensation management* Specific management experience in compensation planning, research, policy development and program design to include health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, base and incentive pay* Proven experience building, designing, and implementing a total reward program that attracts top talent* Knowledge of People (HR), Benefits, and applicable federal and state laws and regulations* Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong people skills are necessary* Ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the executive management team* Must have authorization to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986 **Preferred Qualifications*** Experience working within a fast-paced, complex, dynamic, multicultural business environment* Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) or Human Capital Institute (HCI) certification and membership* Experience with airlines, finance, healthcare, or technology organizations* Experience with Workday **Skills/Talents*** Exemplifies Breeze’s safety culture, values, and mission* Operates with the highest integrity, tackles problems with ingenuity, constantly pursues excellence, and exercises kindness in all interactions* The ability to read, write, and speak the English language fluently* Excellent oral and written communication skills* Exceptional interpersonal and critical thinking skills* Ability to think critically and analyze situations effectively as they relate to regulatory compliance* Ability to build solid relationships and partner with leaders and team members# ## **Physical Demands & Working Conditions*** Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer* Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, handling documents, and operating standard office equipment* Occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds* Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching within an office environment* Clear verbal and written communication, requiring adequate speech, hearing, and vision## ## **Perks of the Job*** Health, Vision and Dental – Full Time* Health Savings Account with Breeze Employee Match* 401K with Breeze Employee Match* Generous PTO* Travel on Breeze and other Airlines too!Breeze Airways provides equal employment opportunities to all Team Members and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
