ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR - GAINESVILLE, FL

We are hiring immediately for an ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR position. Location: online applications accepted only. Schedule: Monday – Friday Requirement: In-office Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour. Internal Employee Referral Bonus available. Job Summary Accounting Coordinator performs administrative and accounting duties supporting operations across OCS and Vending divisions. Key Responsibilities Financial & Inventory Reconciliation: Perform detailed warehouse and inventory reconciliations, review records, investigate shortages and variances. Accounts Payable & Receivable Support: Create customer orders, process invoices, track payments, support all AP/AR tasks. Pricing & Product Maintenance: Execute and maintain product pricing updates for OCS and Vending categories. Operational Troubleshooting & Cross‑Functional Support: Troubleshoot vending machines, coordinate installations, remove service requests, partner with warehouse, route drivers, field operations. Administrative & Compliance Support: Data entry, documentation, audit assistance, safeguard financial data, ensure compliance with internal controls. Qualifications Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. 1–3 years of experience in accounting, AP/AR, reconciliation or operational support. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP). Comfort with vending technology, credit card readers, basic equipment troubleshooting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; collaborate across warehouse, field, and administrative teams. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and work independently in a deadline‑driven environment.
