Department Overview The Centralized Managed Support Operations organization is dedicated to delivering specialized support with an "always-on" rigor. We build and connect technologies that serve as the foundation for our safety and security ecosystem, passionately "Solving for safer" across all operational fronts. Job Description We are looking for an Operations Excellence Analyst to play a pivotal role in optimizing our global support operations. In this role, you will dissect complex challenges to discern whether they stem from people, processes, or tools, providing actionable insights directly to our executive leadership team. You will work within an inclusive and collaborative environment that empowers professionals to unlock their potential, shape their careers, and deliver high‑impact insights that sharpen executive decision‑making. Key Responsibilities Evaluate operational challenges utilizing a holistic approach to determine if root causes stem from people, processes, or tools. Conduct comprehensive data analysis to uncover underlying patterns and mitigate inefficiencies. Respond to executive requests by transforming data into clear visualizations that pass the "blink test" and deliver actionable recommendations. Partner with Business Operations teams to build and fine‑tune interactive dashboards. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to prioritize high‑impact initiatives that help provide operational efficiency. Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by preparing and delivering tailored, logically sound presentations. Job Requirements Technical Expertise: Data Visualization – build reports using Tableau logic and metric definitions. Data Mining – extract insights from ITSM tools including Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Purecloud. Presentation Software – craft persuasive, audience‑tailored briefings using PowerPoint or Google Slides. Professional Experience – critical thinking, continuous optimization mindset, ITIL framework alignment, and strong communication skills. Target Base Salary Range $90,000 – $100,000 Basic Requirements Bachelor's Degree. 5+ years of experience in data analysis or operational optimization. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
