About the Contract Opportunity Stronghouse is looking for driven, professional, and detail-oriented individuals to partner with us as Independent Roofing Sales Team Leaders . This opportunity is designed for experienced sales professionals who want to continue building their own book of business while helping develop the next generation of roofing sales professionals. This isn’t just a sales role—it’s an opportunity to lead, mentor, and grow a team while operating your own independent sales business with the backing of a trusted brand. As a Team Leader, you will continue performing all responsibilities of an Independent Roofing Sales Contractor while also supporting recruiting, training, and coaching efforts within your team. You'll have the freedom to manage your schedule, build your pipeline, and maximize your earning potential while leveraging our proven systems, marketing tools, and support resources. We provide the training materials, product knowledge, and leadership support needed to help both you and your team succeed.
