Job Summary:
AMRI Technologist position is available in Morristown, New Jersey. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. This role involves operating MRI equipment to produce diagnostic images, adhering to facility protocols, and ensuring patient safety and comfort during procedures.

Job Details:

• Certifications: NJ State Radiologic Technologist (RT) License, MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) Certification, BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
• Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiology Program
• Location: Morristown, New Jersey
• Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Zero years of experience required, with a minimum of 1-3 years preferred as an MRI Technician, critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, ability to work with minimal supervision, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel
• Additional Information: The position involves positioning patients on examining tables, operating MRI coils, entering scan data into computer systems, monitoring patient safety, viewing imaging quality, and alerting staff to safety hazards related to metal around magnets.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
