General Labor Associate

Pay : $16.60 – $18.50 per hour
Shift : Full-Time | All Shifts Available
Location : Wapakoneta & St. Marys, Ohio

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general labor and production duties as assigned
• Pin gauge and visually inspect parts for quality defects
• Load parts by hand into machines and monitor production output
• Place completed parts into tubs and containers for processing
• Use pallet jacks to move completed skids to designated locations
• Load and unload materials, products, and equipment
• Assist with assembly, packaging, and sorting of materials
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow company safety procedures and workplace guidelines
• Support warehouse, manufacturing, and production operations
• Complete all paperwork and/or electronic updates as required
• Maintain professional communication with customers, co-workers, and management
• Promote a positive and team-oriented work environment
• Perform all duties in compliance with OSHA standards and company policies
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, bending, twisting, turning, and lifting up to 30 lbs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Physical demands and hours may vary based on production needs

Qualifications

• Previous general labor, warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred but not required
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and quality inspection skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Experience using pallet jacks is helpful but not required
