Vision Care Associates was first established in 1977 and has grown to 22 locations throughout South Dakota and Nebraska, serving rural towns and large communities. About the Optometrist Opening

Vision Care Associates is seeking a talented and personable Optometrist passionate about providing excellent eye health and vision care for all patients. You'll perform comprehensive examinations for patients of all ages, diagnose and treat ocular diseases and vision disorders, perform contact lens fittings, counsel patients and recommend treatment plans personalized for their vision needs. You'll also have the opportunity to explore the specialties of your choice. The position is for practices located in Watertown, Brookings, and Huron, South Dakota (or a possible combination of multiple offices), and you'll have the option to establish your weekly schedule. For the right Optometrist, a future partnership opportunity may be available.

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate leadership, communication, strong patient communication skills, and compassion for patient health and safety. In addition, the ideal candidate will be ambitious, responsible, service-oriented, community-involved, and willing to integrate new techniques and innovations that improve patient care and services.

Minimum qualifications:

• Optometry license in the state of South Dakota
• New graduates and experienced ODs are welcome to apply
