Ōnin Staffing is hiring Bilingual Production Associates for a growing manufacturing facility in Litchfield Park!

This position is perfect for candidates with experience in construction, landscaping, assembly, carpentry, warehouse production, or hands-on labor work who enjoy working with tools and building products in a team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Building and assembling custom wooden shipping crates
• Using hand and power tools safely
• Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials
• Reading simple work instructions and diagrams
• Keeping work areas clean and organized
• Supporting production goals as part of a team

Skills and Experience:

What We’re Looking For:
• At least 3 months of experience in general labor, construction, carpentry, landscaping, assembly, or manufacturing
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to lift, move, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Reliable attendance and team-oriented attitude
Schedule:
Monday–Friday with possible overtime and weekend work as needed. 2nd Shift: 1p-9:30p
