What’s a typical day as a Production Associate ? 

• Operating assembly and production machinery for automotive components
• Loading and unloading small automotive parts (6–8 lbs.)
• Assembling components into machined valve bodies
• Performing visual and quality inspections using gauges, micrometers, and measuring tools
• Resetting machine faults and assisting with changeovers
• Tracking counts, lot control, and quality data
• Packing parts into dunnage and moving materials using pallet jacks
• Keeping work areas clean and safe, following all safety, quality, and production procedures

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Can read and write in English and demonstrate strong attention to detail
• Possess good hand-eye coordination and are comfortable with repetitive motion, standing, bending, and lifting
• Are able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Are comfortable standing up to 8 hours per shift and lifting 6–8 lbs. continuously (10–15 lbs. occasionally)
• (Preferred, not required): Have a high school diploma or equivalent, manufacturing or assembly experience, basic computer skills, or experience with quality inspection, SPC, or lot control
