Ideal candidate will be located around or open to relocating to Hillsboro, OR.The Design Lead is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex tool installation design packages, overseeing projects that can range from 15 to over 200 pages in scope. This role serves as the central point of coordination across multidisciplinary teams, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and architectural stakeholders, while also acting as the primary interface with clients through frequent, often daily, communication. In addition to managing scope, schedule, and budget to ensure timely and cost-effective execution, the Design Lead proactively removes roadblocks and enables design teams to work efficiently. The role requires the ability to independently oversee a high volume of work—typically 10–15 concurrent tool packages—while maintaining quality and momentum with minimal oversight.
