Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active Indiana Occupational Therapy License is required to start the position
- Outpatient orthopedic experience required
- Certification in Hand Therapy (CHT) preferred
- BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC
