Inside Sales Representative

We're hiring a motivated Business Development Representative to generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social outreach, and prospecting campaigns.

This is a full-time, in-office position in Denver, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.

What You'll Do

Execute 200+ outbound sales activities daily, including phone calls, emails, direct mail, and social outreach.
Prospect and engage businesses across a variety of industries including office, healthcare, education, fitness, hospitality, and other commercial sectors.
Develop and manage targeted outreach campaigns to generate new leads and nurture existing opportunities.
Utilize CRM and sales intelligence platforms to identify prospects, build target lists, and manage pipeline activity.
Conduct discovery conversations to uncover business needs and qualify opportunities.
Schedule a minimum of two qualified appointments per day for the Outside Sales team.
Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions, activities, and next steps within the CRM.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve campaign effectiveness.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities throughout the Denver Metro and Front Range markets.
Consistently achieve activity, appointment-setting, and pipeline development goals.

Qualifications:
1-2 years of outbound sales or appointment-setting experience
Strong communication and prospecting skills CRM and sales tool experience preferred
Goal-oriented and self-motivated Competitive compensation plus opportunity for performance-based earnings.
