As a Full-Time Commercial Lender at Clear Mountain Bank, you will be responsible for managing an assigned commercial loan portfolio, ensuring the highest standards of credit quality and profitability. This role encompasses credit approval processes, renewals, and comprehensive portfolio reviews. You will leverage the bank's credit enhancement tools and programs to present tailored options to customers, fostering growth and satisfaction.

A critical aspect of your responsibilities will be to generate new commercial relationships while deepening existing ones, requiring a thorough understanding of the full account relationship with each client. Relationship management and proactive sales calls will be essential, allowing you to create impactful connections and drive success for both the customers and the bank.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Four year degree in business administration or related field or equivalent experience. One to two years experience in a related field.
• Prior commercial lending experience a plus.
• Knowledge of lending laws and regulations.
• This job requires skills needed in a typical office environment. This includes computer skills as well as utilization of office equipment.
