The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial plumbing construction projects in Turkey, Texas . This is an opportunity for a proven construction project manager who understands commercial plumbing, project financials, scheduling, field coordination, and client management.

You will manage projects from award through closeout while working closely with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams. The successful candidate will be organized, financially focused, and comfortable taking ownership of project performance.

What You'll Do

• Manage commercial and industrial plumbing projects from award through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and field leadership.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Manage project costs, billing, change orders, forecasting, and overall job profitability.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear updates on project progress and performance.
• Support manpower planning and coordinate project requirements with field teams.
• Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects meet applicable safety, quality, schedule, and company standards.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial plumbing construction.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and commercial construction methods.
• Experience with project budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Experience managing mechanical or plumbing projects valued at $1 million or more preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
