About the Role

Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment? Liqua Tech is seeking a high-performing Waterproofing Superintendent to drive daily field operations and lead our site teams to success. In this role, you will be the primary on-site leader responsible for delivering safe, high-quality waterproofing projects on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Leadership & Operations: Lead and manage day-to-day operations on active jobsites. Direct daily labor activities, supervise the assigned site team, and keep work moving efficiently in alignment with the master project plan.
• Subcontractor & Supplier Coordination: Coordinate subcontractors, trade partners, and material suppliers to ensure seamless execution and optimal site productivity.
• Site Management & Meetings: Run productive site meetings, maintain a clean and highly organized jobsite, and track daily progress.
• Safety & Quality Control: Enforce strict company and customer safety policies, quality standards, and building specifications. Ensure all work strictly complies with blueprints, technical drawings, and applicable building codes.
• Problem Solving & Communication: Resolve field conflicts and issues quickly. Maintain clear, consistent communication with project managers, foremen, trade partners, and inspectors.
• Administration: Handle essential administrative functions using computers and project management software.
• Advanced Leadership (For Experienced Candidates): Manage multiple project phases, contribute to look-ahead planning, mentor assistant superintendents, and support a culture of continuous improvement in safety and execution.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following mandatory criteria:

• Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Expertise: Must be a subject matter expert in commercial waterproofing applications and systems.
• Licensing: Possess and maintain a valid driver's license. xhyhwjd
