What You’ll Do Design, implement, and monitor skill acquisition and behavior‑reduction programs. Oversee the implementation of behavior‑analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers. Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.). Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification on a weekly basis. Perform other typical BCBA activities. Requirements Master's degree. Active BCBA certification, required. Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date (if required). Valid driver’s license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance. Ability to maintain a clean background/drug screen and driving record.
