You’ll be the first point of contact for many customers, and your ability to connect, listen, and guide will directly impact your income and the customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with homeowners

• Schedule appointments and follow up on leads

• Present service and membership options with confidence and honesty

• Assist customers in understanding their options and making decisions

• Meet daily and monthly performance goals

• Collaborate with dispatch, sales, and service teams

What We're Looking For

• Strong phone presence and communication skills

• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Comfortable with computers and scheduling systems

• Prior customer service, sales, or call center experience preferred
