Thisposition will be providing services to ourclientson aper visit basis within senior living communities throughout Melrose, Wakefield, Swampscott, and surrounding areas. This is a full time position. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home.
