Remote Customer Service Rep

Job Summary We are hiring a Remote Customer Service Rep for a direct hire opportunity supporting customers with pharmacy-related questions and service needs. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with pharmacy-related questions, concerns, and service requests. Support inquiries related to home delivery services, prescription costs, benefits eligibility, and healthcare coverage. Provide accurate information while resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner. Document customer interactions clearly and follow established procedures. Navigate multiple systems while maintaining strong attention to detail. Deliver excellent customer service in a remote call center environment. Compensation and Benefits Pay: $15.00 per hour. Job Type: Direct Hire. Work Arrangement: 100% remote. Location Requirement: Must reside in AL, AR, DE, GA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV, WI, or WY. Company equipment provided. Stable schedule and growth opportunities. Schedule availability must fall within the following operating hours: Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM CST. Saturday and Sunday: 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM CST. Must be available to work at least one weekend day. Schedule assignments will be determined at the time of hire. For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, AppleOne is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required. Required Qualifications and Skills Assist members and customers with pharmacy-related service inquiries. Resolve questions related to prescriptions, home delivery, benefits, and healthcare coverage. Accurately document customer interactions and follow call center procedures. Provide professional customer support while working independently from home. Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required. Strong verbal communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems during customer interactions. Ability to work independently and stay productive in a remote environment. Reliable internet connection required. Must be able to work within assigned schedule requirements, including at least one weekend day. Prior call center, healthcare, pharmacy, insurance, or benefits support experience is helpful. Preferred Qualifications Previous remote customer service experience. Prior experience in a call center environment. Familiarity with healthcare, pharmacy benefits, prescription services, or insurance-related customer support.
