CDL Flatbed Truck Driver - Houston, TX

Compensation: Competitive Daily Pay Rate , with earnings of up to $232.50 per day (approximately $1,162.50 per week based on a standard 5-day schedule).

Position Summary

Everflow Supplies is seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL Driver to join our team. This home-daily position offers the opportunity to safely transport and deliver products to customers while providing exceptional service and representing the Everflow brand with professionalism. You will play a critical role in ensuring deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate CDL vehicles, including flatbeds and other assigned equipment, while ensuring compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards.
• Pick up, transport, and deliver products to customers accurately, safely, and on schedule.
• Inspect vehicles and equipment before and after trips, reporting maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Secure and verify loads, complete delivery documentation, and maintain accurate driving and hours-of-service records.
• Navigate local and regional routes efficiently while adapting to changing road, traffic, and weather conditions.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and material handling using equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and liftgates as needed.
• Serve as a professional representative of Everflow by providing excellent customer service and maintaining effective communication with customers, dispatch, and internal teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and contribute to a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Bring

Required

• Valid CDL license with a clean driving record and commitment to safety.
• Minimum of 3 years of commercial driving experience preferred; flatbed experience and load securement knowledge are a plus.
• Strong understanding of DOT regulations, hours-of-service requirements, and safe driving practices.
• Ability to pass required background screening, drug testing, and DOT compliance requirements.
• Professional, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Strong time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Comfort using GPS navigation, routing technology, and electronic delivery documentation.
• Ability to safely load, unload, and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the workday.
• Frequently lift, carry, push, pull, and secure materials weighing 50+ pounds.
• Ability to work safely in indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to changing weather conditions, temperatures, dust, and noise.
• Physical stamina, coordination, and balance required to safely operate commercial vehicles and perform delivery-related responsibilities.
